- Able to document and implement processes within the IMS
- Understand the role of the IMS auditor
- Conduct effective, value-adding audits in alignment with ISO 19011:2011 – Auditing Management Systems
- Lead a team to conduct internal or external audits
- Identify gaps in the management system documentation
- Improve conformance to the organisation’s policies and procedures
- Write audit reports
